Charles Dickens’ fans host garden party for Kent chalet

From BBC News:

“Fundraisers hoping to save the wooden chalet in which Charles Dickens wrote some of his most famous works have organised a charity garden party…”

[Full story]

Trellia’s comment:  Not Goth news at all, but very close to my heart because this chalet is two minutes’ walk from my house in England!

Also, Victorian Goths may be interested in the garden party, which is on July 3rd.  Wouldn’t it be lovely to see lots of dark-clad, mysterious Victorian Gothic beauties swirling around the arches and fishponds of the garden…

In other news, Bohemian Dreamer was kind enough to feature me on her blog, here.  Thank you very much, Bohemian Dreamer!
